Shipping policy
Order Processing All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at lapoetsupreme@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
